Villa Saimaa is a high quality (120m2) cottage which is located in a quiet place, on the Mietinsaari Island. 9+1 People can be accommodate in Villa Saimaa. It is situated on the area 3300 m2. You can reach this cottage by ferry. Villa Saimaa is a very comfortable cottage. The most demanding customers will enjoy resting in it. Clean water and air, mushrooms and berries in Finnish forest will make your vacation unforgettable.
A spacious lounge with large panoramic windows, wood burning fireplace and a separate exit to the open terrace are on the first floor. There are 5 rooms in the villa and 4 bedrooms. In 3 bedrooms there are 2 sleeping places/each room and in the forth bedroom there are total of 3 sleeping places. In the villa you'll find a kitchen with a dining area, separate spacious bedrooms (one bedroom has a separate entrance to the second terrace), a bathroom, rooms with a shower and a sauna.
The cottage is equipped with modern appliances and comfortable furniture. You can use a home theatre with a great selection of DVD movies, a flat 40 "LED TV with a satellite system Tricolor (about 50 Russian channels), a karaoke with Russian songs, a washing machine, an oven, an iron, an ironing board and a hair dryer. WiFi is available. The kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, a microwave, an electric stove with an oven, a fridge / freezer, a coffee maker, a kettle, a toaster and a wine rack. The cottage is provided with a floor heating. For water heating you can use an electric storage water heater (300 liters).
Child's bed and high chair are available.
There is a detached gazebo with a grill for cooking various dishes, a gas grill on the second terrace, garden furniture, a bicycle, a private dock for swimming and boating, a raw boat, parking for 2 cars, a large flat area suitable for various sports, games and sunbathing.
Villa Saimaa is located on the shore of Saimaa Lake. Saimaa is one of the biggest lakes in Finland and it has a wide range of fish, such as pike, roach, perch, pike-perch, e.t.c. That is a perfect place for fishing. All the fishing equipment should be brought by the customers themselves. The boat has special holders for fishing rods. There are child's bed, child's high chair and bicycles available.

Time of arrival: 16.00, time of departure: 12.00. Minimal booking period is 1 week. Final cleaning is included in the price of booking. The raw boat is included in the price of booking. Linen is for an extra fee. No pets. No indoor smoking.
